Welcome to the next instalment of Tøffe Toner – Saturday, June 14th. We’re proud (and seriously stoked) to welcome AMO to the booth.
Known for his compulsive rhythms, raw basslines, and deep, atmospheric synths, AMO crafts a sound that’s unmistakably his own.
Hailing from Stavanger, Norway and now based in Berlin, he moves fluidly between House and Techno – always adapting tempo and energy to the vibe of the room. With over a decade of crate-digging and underground exploration behind him, his sets showcase a finely tuned ear and an ever-evolving sound.
From Norwegian roots and festivals like Sehr Schön, Solar, Stavern, and NuArt, to Berlin’s underground playground – AMO has brought heat to Garbicz, Conscious Madness, Lusatia, and Rummels Bucht, with club appearances at Kater Blau, Renate, Mensch Meier, and Bahnwärter Thiel.
In 2023, he joined the Wuza label as artist and booking manager. Early 2024 saw the launch of his own project, Euforique – a Berlin-based platform spotlighting emerging talent, with a focus on underrepresented voices.
Whether behind the decks or in the studio, AMO continues to push boundaries – and on June 14th, he’s bringing that energy to us.
Warming things up and setting the tone for the night, we’re also proud to welcome Tor Inge aka 2R – a well-known and loved figure in Stavanger’s techno scene – making his official Cementen debut this evening.
Last but not least, our very own captain Mikki Mood will be steering the ship between these two fine selectors – continuing in the same spirit as last time: driving grooves, playful selections, and a sweaty dancefloor.
